Mr Raya was recommended by my I RE friend in California. I am so glad he is my buying agent. He is very knowledgeable about Vegas RE market and have great negotiation skills and worked tirelessly to negotiated on my behalf to purchase my home . The Vegas RE market was very hot and quick actions and response as well as great communication skills was needed to bid close a home. He followed and coordinated with loan officers, escrow officers, buyers, sellers..etc.. to make sure we are in the loop and have definitely gone out of his way to support me (buyer) in all my efforts until the closing of the property.Thank you mr.
